I have tried on numerous attempts to lose weight to find initial success and then time in and time out would return back to my old weight and often adding another several pounds. Emotional highs and lows when I thought I had mastered it.
Fortunately Matt Kulka asked me if I would be interested in participating in a new “healthy living” program that he had designed called Seriously Simple Simple Steps. I agreed, and am grateful that Matt reached out to me.

I tell them it’s a willingness to learn and a willingness to make simple changes was the key then – and still is the key today.
When Starting my first step the program provided a green rubber bracelet that I have not taken off to this day. Written on the bracelet is a quote “ A journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step”.
